A little project I worked on with a friend for a game jam.  I did the code, levels, and music/sound and Lily  did the art. It was a lot of work, but I am glad that we finished it.

really fun game! the movement messes up sometimes but its not that big of a deal. Im enjoying it till now

Thank you! There are a couple bugs, but in the time limit of the game jam I didn’t have time to fix the big ones like the movement ones.

It might just be me, but the game appears unplayable using the arrow keys. While the keys do work for moving, the up-dash doesn't seem to work, which is a critical move for level 1. (WASD does work though)

I will fix that right now!

I fixed it. It was a simple dumb mistake I made whilst coding it. Thank you for telling me it was not working!

i dont understand what to do here ? ive discovered that  the f  key puts a ring around you and turns red ( not mentioned in instructions ) but that doesnt help at all to get over the first set of spikes ... so im stuck !

The eye blocks only appear/only disappear when you are in the ring state

also there is an icon that appears the first time the F key is necessary, it may not be needed yet depending on where you are in the game

ah , i see youve updated the instructions to include the key for dash ... pretty important that one , since the whole game is based around it !

Yes, I realized from your comment that the little icon was not enough!
